Jack Dept. is pleased to introduce a new South American talent to the global stage. The mysterious HOROS hails from São Paulo, a city teeming with gritty energy that rises up like steam from between endless concrete high rises. Title track THE PROBLEM expertly opened up Volvox’s Beats in Space mix with moody melodic progressions, while the second track BODYSUIT follows up with a similar soundscape and tone.

The closing track DOCKING (NISEK REMIX) is a dance floor stepper by an old-school Brazilian producer with a killer acid lead that winds us all the way up! It was featured on Volvox’s first Boiler Room appearance and has stumped dedicated track IDers since; we’re happy to finally share it with all of you. Mastered with care by Soren Jahan in Berlin.
